I'd like to see a few changes in the draft plan related to Odana Pond, the lake in Odana Hills -- West Park.
First, it should be mentioned as a natural pond and one of the resources in the neighborhood. It has been here for as many as 10,000 years and served as a camping spot for a native american tribes. Yes, it is mentioned that is it habitat for waterfowl.
Second, on Figure 4-1 is coded as infrastructure. A natural pond is indentified as infrastructure. This doesn't make sense. It is not a constructed detention basin, as some have claimed.
